1st interview kerja after postgrad study!
Aku dah habis viva 20 june haritu, everything went well alhamdulillah during viva. 2nd examiner tak dtg, so.....fuhhhhhh, legaaa cuma ada satu je examiner. lepastu cita-cita aku nak buat correction within 24 hours, tp sampai harini masih tak siap sebab asyik berjalan dan buat benda lain, which is apply kerja.
today aku apply kerja kat company X dalam tengah hari, a few hours later company X call aku yadayada, so esok aku ada iv kat company X. ya Allah nervous sgt!!!
gaji dekat company ni takda la besar mana, tak seperti yg aku harap kan. tapi for long term, this is a superrr good opportunity insyaAllah sebab ni lah peluang utk aku dpt masuk HR field. dulu lepas hbs BBA kt melaka, aku pernah lah apply kerja HR admin kt company Y; an insurance and asset management company. dapat job tu. tapi aku tolak last minute sbb tamak haloba dpt kerja kt Gombak gaji lg besor.
ceh, lepastu tamak memakan diriku sebab kerja kt Gombak tu mcm tak kena jiwa.
after 2 years and finishing master in HR, im back to pursue HR. walaupun company nak iv esok ni gaji ciput (takde lah ciput sgt, okok je la), aku bersyukur sgt sbb cepat gila dapat call for iv. like a few hours lepas apply beb. gelabah jugak aku tetiba kena pegi interview ni. tapi takpa kita try yg terbaik. tawakal pd Allah.
so aku taknak take this rezeki and chance for granted. esok, im just gonna give my best masa interview. be happy to be interviewed.
aku ada target company M ni sbb gaji okay tp belum ada call. company M ni mmg target aku sbb jawatan tu sama dgn research aku; employee engagement. and dia company telecommunication. Yasmin kerja situ. environment dia mcm kemas and tak sendu.
only if company M call aku suruh attend interview dan aku terpilih kerja dgn dorg, baru aku turn down company X. tapi rasanya company X ni pun okay sgt dah. public listed company. cuma aku kena sabar lah buat masa 8 bulan dgn gaji sederhana. it's an 8-month protege program.
semoga esok semuanya mudah dan lancar. insyaAllah aaamiiin! now, lets study a lil bit!
